GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE
PREAMBLE
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (the “Terms and Conditions”) are entered into between Rebel Forge and any non-commercial natural person (the “User”) wishing to make a purchase on the Website (hereinafter collectively referred to as the “Parties”).
The Parties agree that these Terms and Conditions exclusively govern their relationship. Rebel Forge reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. The applicable version shall be the one in force at the time they are published online.
Should any sales condition be missing, it shall be deemed governed by the customary practices applicable to distance selling companies established in France.
Rebel Forge undertakes to comply with all provisions of the French Consumer Code relating to distance selling.
ARTICLE 1 – PURPOSE
These Terms and Conditions define the terms and conditions of sale between Rebel Forge and the User, from the placing of the order to after-sales services, including payment and delivery.
They govern all steps necessary for placing an order and ensure the proper follow-up of the order between the contracting parties.
ARTICLE 2 – PRODUCTS
The products governed by these Terms and Conditions are those displayed on the Website and indicated as sold and shipped by Rebel Forge (the “Products”). They are offered subject to availability.
Products are described and presented as accurately as possible. However, Rebel Forge cannot be held liable for any errors or omissions that may occur in such presentation.
Product photographs are non-contractual.
ARTICLE 3 – PRICES
Product prices are indicated in Euros, all taxes included (VAT included), taking into account VAT and any applicable discounts on the day the order is placed.
Prices do not include delivery costs (shipping, packaging, and parcel preparation), which will be specified on the order summary before final confirmation.
If one or more taxes or contributions, including environmental taxes, are created or modified (increase or decrease), such changes may be reflected in the sale price of Products on the Website and other sales media.
However, prices may not be modified once the User’s order has been confirmed.
Full payment of the order price is required at the time of ordering. Under no circumstances shall any amounts paid be considered as deposits or advances.
ARTICLE 4 – ORDERS
4.1 User Identification
To place an order, the User must log in using their email address and password. For a first order, the User must follow the account creation process indicated on the Website.
In case of loss or forgetfulness of the password, the User may request a new one via their customer account by clicking “Forgot password”. The password will be sent to the email address provided during registration.

4.2 Order Registration and Confirmation
The User may place an order online via the Website’s catalogue.
Once the shopping cart is validated, the User must accept the Terms and Conditions, choose the delivery address and method, and finally confirm the payment method. This final step constitutes the formation of the sales contract between Rebel Forge and the User.
Any order implies acceptance of the prices and descriptions of the Products available for sale. Any dispute in this regard shall be handled within the framework of exchanges and warranties referred to below (Article 9).
Rebel Forge shall acknowledge receipt of the order by email once validated.
In certain cases, including non-payment, incorrect address, or other issues related to the User’s account, Rebel Forge reserves the right to suspend the order until the issue is resolved.
If a Product becomes unavailable, the User will be informed by email. The order for that Product may then be cancelled and refunded, while the remainder of the order shall remain firm and final.
For any questions regarding order tracking, the User may consult their customer account on the Website or contact Customer Service at +33 (0)6 85 93 10 22, Monday to Friday, from 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
Only residents of European Union member states, French overseas territories (DOM), and Switzerland may place orders.
ARTICLE 5 – PAYMENT METHODS
The User may choose to pay for purchases using:
- PayPal or credit/debit card (Carte Bleue, Visa, Mastercard)
- Bank transfer, from a bank account domiciled in France (RIB)
The User guarantees Rebel Forge that they hold all necessary authorisations to use the selected payment method.
Rebel Forge reserves the right to suspend any order processing or delivery in the event of refusal of payment authorisation by accredited financial institutions or in case of non-payment.
Rebel Forge also reserves the right to refuse delivery or honour an order from a User who has not fully paid a previous order or with whom a payment dispute is ongoing.
ARTICLE 6 – TRANSFER OF OWNERSHIP AND RISK
Ownership of the Products shall be transferred to the User only upon full payment of the price, regardless of the delivery date.
The risk of loss or damage to the Products remains with Rebel Forge until delivery.
ARTICLE 7 – DELIVERY
7.1 Delivery in Mainland France, Corsica and Monaco
Delivery is carried out via Colissimo (2 to 4 days) by La Poste.
Delivery times are not guaranteed during peak periods such as sales, holiday seasons, or high-demand periods.
Products are delivered to the User’s address or any other address specified within mainland France, Corsica, or Monaco.
Delivery times are calculated from the date the parcel is handed over to La Poste. Rebel Forge cannot be held liable for delivery delays.
7.2 Delivery in Europe (excluding France and Monaco)
Delivery time is up to seven (7) days, subject to correct delivery information.
Shipping costs vary depending on the destination country.
7.3 Delivery Terms
Products are delivered to the address indicated by the User. The User must check the condition of the packaging upon delivery and note any transport-related damage on the delivery slip, and notify Rebel Forge within three (3) business days.
Rebel Forge primarily uses La Poste for shipping. Upon shipment, the User will receive an email notification.
In case of delivery delay, the User is asked to contact Rebel Forge by phone or email. A postal investigation may take up to 21 days. If the parcel is lost, a replacement or refund will be issued accordingly.
Rebel Forge declines responsibility for extended delivery times caused by the carrier, including strikes or loss.
ARTICLE 8 – PRODUCT WARRANTIES
All Products benefit from the legal warranty of conformity and the warranty against hidden defects, in accordance with French law.
(Articles L211-1 et seq. of the French Consumer Code and Articles 1641 et seq. of the French Civil Code apply.)
ARTICLE 9 – RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL AND ORDER CANCELLATION
1. Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with Articles L221-18 et seq. of the French Consumer Code, the User has fourteen (14) days from the day following receipt of the Products to exercise the right of withdrawal, without providing any reason and without penalty.
Returned Products must be intact, complete, and in their original packaging. Return shipping costs remain at the User’s expense, except in cases of defective Products or shipping errors.
Refunds shall be made within fourteen (14) days following receipt of the returned Products.
2. Order Cancellation Before Delivery
Any request made before delivery does not constitute an exercise of the right of withdrawal but an order cancellation request.
In such cases, particularly for preorders, reserved products, allocated products, or specific orders, the User may choose between:
- Refund, subject to 3% cancellation fees corresponding to management and transaction costs;
- Store credit, equal to the order amount, without deduction, valid for twelve (12) months, issued as a discount code usable on the Website.
If no choice is specified, a refund shall be issued by default.
These provisions do not apply in case of legal withdrawal.
ARTICLE 10 – SIGNATURE AND PROOF
The online provision of payment details and final order validation constitute proof of the order and acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
ARTICLE 11 – LIABILITY
Rebel Forge undertakes a best-efforts obligation in the execution of orders. Liability shall not be incurred in cases of force majeure or third-party fault.
ARTICLE 12 – PERSONAL DATA
Personal data collected are necessary for order processing. The User has rights of access and rectification in accordance with applicable law.
ARTICLE 13 – INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All Website elements are protected by intellectual property rights and remain the exclusive property of Rebel Forge.
ARTICLE 14 – SEVERABILITY
If any clause is deemed invalid, the remaining provisions shall remain in force.
ARTICLE 15 – DURATION
These Terms and Conditions apply for the entire duration the services are available online.
ARTICLE 16 – APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION
These Terms and Conditions are governed by French law. Any dispute shall fall under the jurisdiction of the competent French courts.
